Total Protect

Essential business protection, clearly defined.

Bring patching, Endpoint Detection and Response, cloud backup, and 24/7 automated RMM monitoring into one practical recurring baseline for qualified Western Kentucky businesses.

Protection should work together—not live in separate checkboxes

A business can have antivirus, backups, updates, and monitoring tools yet still lack a coherent protection baseline. Devices may fall behind on patches, threats may be difficult to investigate, important data may not be covered as expected, and alerts may exist without a clearly defined response path.

Total Protect brings four essential functions into one scoped recurring offer: managed patching, Endpoint Detection and Response, cloud backup, and automated RMM monitoring. It is designed as a protection baseline—not an unlimited help desk or staffed 24/7 human support service.

Common reasons businesses call us

  • Supported business devices are not being patched consistently.
  • Basic antivirus no longer provides enough endpoint visibility.
  • Important business data needs a defined cloud-backup plan.
  • The business wants automated device health and alert visibility.
  • Protection tools are fragmented across separate vendors or accounts.
  • The organization has no full internal IT department to coordinate the baseline.
  • A completed project has created an opportunity to improve ongoing protection.

A manageable baseline for the systems that matter

Total Protect establishes a defined set of supported devices, protections, backup coverage, monitoring, responsibilities, and review expectations. Exact licensing, supported systems, backup sources, retention, alert handling, and exclusions are documented during assessment and onboarding.

How the service works

Define the baseline. Keep it working together.

Total Protect begins with eligibility and scope—not an assumption that every device and data source is automatically covered.

STEP 1

Assess

Inventory intended devices and data, confirm supportability, identify gaps, and define responsibilities.

STEP 2

Onboard

Deploy approved patching, EDR, backup, and RMM components and document enrollment.

STEP 3

Monitor

Run automated monitoring and defined protection processes according to the agreed scope.

STEP 4

Review

Review status, exceptions, recommendations, changes, and any separate project or support needs.

Frequently asked questions

Total Protect questions, answered clearly.

What is included in Total Protect?

The core offer combines managed patching, Endpoint Detection and Response, cloud backup, and 24/7 automated RMM monitoring for approved supported systems. Exact coverage is documented during assessment and onboarding.

Is Total Protect a staffed 24/7 help desk?

No. The 24/7 component is automated RMM monitoring. Total Protect does not imply staffed around-the-clock human response, unlimited help desk, or unlimited on-site service.

Is EDR the same as basic antivirus?

EDR provides additional endpoint visibility, detection, and investigation capability. Product features and response actions depend on the selected platform, licensing, configuration, and agreed service scope.

Does cloud backup cover everything automatically?

No. Data sources, accounts, devices, applications, retention, capacity, and recovery expectations must be explicitly identified. Anything not included in the documented scope should not be assumed to be protected.

Can we buy patching, EDR, or backup separately?

Yes, individual services may remain available when appropriate. Total Protect is the preferred coordinated baseline because the components address different parts of the protection problem.

How quickly will you respond to an alert or request?

The current general response expectation is within two hours, but that is not a resolution guarantee. Alert handling, urgency, contact methods, and any contractual response commitments must be defined in the service agreement.
